Les Jardins Richelieu is a new 32-unit condominium project located in the up-and-coming neighbourhood of St-Henri. The exposed exterior staircases and exterior wall materials were carefully selected so as to harmoniously blend in with the architectural style of the neighbourhood, while the upgraded interior finish materials provided exceptional added value to the condo purchasers.
Clobracon built the project while having to contend with very difficult soil conditions that necessitated quite deep excavations throughout the entire lot. The structural system selected was in prefabricated wood framing, chosen by Clobracon for its ease of use and in order to accelerate the construction schedule. A large portion of the construction work was performed during wintertime in order to guarantee delivery dates to the condominium purchasers.
