As part of a joint venture with our Toronto-based
sister company, Clobracon undertook the complete renovation of 63 hotel rooms, as well as three
phases of restoration of the hotel’s exterior stone
walls. All work was carefully coordinated so as to
avoid disturbing the hotel’s guests or disrupting the
hotel’s operations.
