This extremely complex project required Clobracon
to convert a decommissioned swimming pool
located in a two-storey glass atrium on the 12th
floor of a downtown office building into additional
office space for this rapidly expanding software
company. We closed the pool with a new steel
structure, added a new floor in the atrium, and
replaced the exterior envelope of the 12th and 13th
floors. Meticulous planning and attention to detail
was required due to extensive asbestos abatement,
severely limited access, and the presence of other
tenants immediately adjacent to the work site.
