Clobracon was approached by the developer with an existing project plan of limited feasibility, and then proceeded to re-work the project so as to increase the leasable area and reduce the overall costs. The design and construction of the 11,900 sf commercial strip mall was executed on a turnkey design-build basis, where all design and engineering was handled by Clobracon.
